The Institute for the Management of Information Systems (IMIS) is an international professional association devoted to supporting and promoting the profession of information systems management. IMIS have consistently played a prominent role in fostering greater understanding of the importance of information systems management, working to enhance the status of those engaged in the profession, and promoting higher standards through better education and training, both in the UK and overseas.
IMIS - Management Information Systems is made up of the following stages:

Foundation Diploma

No Formal qualifications are required, but applicants must demonstrate competence in the English Language and Maths. |
Diploma
|
Completion of a foundation diploma or Four GCSE passes at grade C or above including English and Maths and one A Level GCE or equivalent oversees qualifications. |
Higher Diploma
|
Completion of Diploma or BTEC National Certificate / Diploma in computing or a related subject, or five GCSE passes at Grede C or above including English and Maths and two A Level GCE, one of which must be in computing. |
